A simple yet so delicious tofu recipe that is quick to put together. All you need is some tofu, soy sauce, oyster sauce and Vân Vân aromatics. It is great with rice or another vegetables side dish.
16 oz extra firm tofu (pressed)
4 tbsp water
2 tbsp soy sauce
½ tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp
1 tbsp Coastal Purple Shallot
