Shipping & Returns

Processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days for shipping. During holidays and peak shopping seasons, please allow extra time for processing.

Domestic shipping

Shipping is $8 flat rate for orders under $60. Orders of $60 or more (after discounts and promotions) ship free! Orders are shipped by USPS and take about 5-7 business days to arrive after processing time. Delivery time varies depending on the destination. A tracking number will be emailed to you when the order is shipped.

We currently do not ship internationally.

Modifications or cancellations

Please email us at hello@getvanvan.com as soon as possible if you’d like to modify or cancel an order. If your order has been processed, we cannot guarantee any modifications or cancellations, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If the order has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address en route. If your order is sent to an incorrect address due to incorrect input by the customer, we're not responsible for any loss or returned package.

Damaged items

If you receive a damaged product, send us a photo of the item along with the order number to hello@getvanvan.com. We will take care of your order!

Returns, Exchanges, Refunds

If you have any issues with your order, please email us at hello@getvanvan.com within 24 hours.

We do not accept food item returns or exchanges. We can only replace damaged items with submission of image proof within 72 hours.

Merchandise items must be returned within 7 days in its original packaging. The items must not be worn or used.

When placing your order, please ensure that your shipping address and recipient information are accurate and complete, and that you’re able to receive packages at the address. We are not responsible for any returned or undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Once the carrier has picked up the shipment, we are not responsible for any carrier-related issues.

If your order is returned to sender, we can resend the order to you; but you are responsible for covering the shipping cost.
