Domestic shipping is $8 flat rate for orders under $60. Orders of $60 or more (after discounts and promotions) ship free!
Orders are shipped by USPS and take about 5-7 business days to arrive after processing time. Delivery time varies depending on the destination. A tracking number will be emailed to you when the order is shipped.
We currently do not ship internationally.
If you need to update your shipping address, please email us at hello@getvanvan.com within 24 hours since placing the order! As long as the order has not been processed, we will be able to update the address. If the order has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address en route.
If your order is returned to sender, we can resend the order to you; but you are responsible for covering the shipping cost.
If your order is sent to an incorrect address due to incorrect input by the customer, we are not responsible for this issue.
Your order should show up within a few business days to a week. Sometimes a package will be marked as delivered by the carrier a day or so before they actually arrive. Just keep an eye out for the delivery! If the package does not show up after five business days of being marked delivered, let us know and we’ll resend it to you.
If your order is lost, email us at hello@getvanvan.com. If your order is lost because you entered incorrect shipping address, we won’t be able to send a replacement
If you receive a damaged product, send us a photo of the item along with the order number to hello@getvanvan.com within 72 hours. We will take care of your order!

No. All of our herbs are cold processed with no preservatives or additives.
Our products are single origin and come from different growing regions in Việt Nam. Most of them are organically grown, but they are not certified organic. Certification is an expensive and time consuming process. As Vân Vân grows, we will support our partners and help them grow with us, but our top priority is to pay them a fair price for their crops.
The best-by date is printed on the packaging, but we generally recommend using the herb within 12 months.
Each order comes with its own suggested cooking instructions that you can find on the package or product page. Our general recommendation is to soak the herbs in water for about 1 to 2 minutes then drain before cooking with them.
