Where Our Herbs Come From

When you hear Việt Nam mentioned in conversation, it’s either in reference to the war where it’s stripped of all humanity or its street food only made popular recently through social media.

For pop culture’s purposes, Việt Nam = war, phở, bánh mì, etcetera.

Vân Vân means “etcetera” in English. Our company exists to highlight the breadth of Vietnam’s cultural richness and its storied history through our thoughtful sourcing and curation of heirloom ingredients.
