Clean the peanuts with water, remove any damaged or rotten ones
Place the peanuts in a basket and let them drain in a well-ventilated place until dry. Peanuts need to be dry before roasting to prevent them from popping
Make garlic chili peanuts
Rehydrate Heaven Facing Chili and Northern Mountain Garlic for 2 minutes
Add a tablespoon of cooking oil to a pan, roast peanuts over low heat and stir consistently until the peanuts are fully cooked and colors turn to a golden brown. Let cool.
In the same pan, add a tablespoon of cooking oil, 2 tablespoon of fish sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar (or more if you like sweet) then stir until the sugar is fully dissolved and the sauce becomes sticky.
Add garlic and chili then roasted peanuts.
