Garlic noodles are a deliciously simple yet flavorful dish that has become a staple in the Vietnamese-American community. With their rich, buttery taste and aromatic, these noodles are comforting and garlicky.
The recipe uses spaghetti, but it also goes great with egg noodles or lo mein!
2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoon oyster sauce
2 teaspoon soy sauce (regular or dark. Maggi is also an option)
2 teaspoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon white granulated sugar
1½ tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
15 -18 grams Northern Mountain Garlic, sliced
½ lbs dry spaghetti. This recipe also works well with egg noodles and lo mein.
1-2 green onion for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste
