Ginger fish sauce makes a great pairing with duck or seafood. You can use this as a dipping sauce or add to noodle soup or congee.

1 ½ Tbsp vinegar or lime juice
½ Tbsp Sparrow Ginger, divide into 2 parts
1 teaspoon Heaven Facing Chili
