Sweet & Sour Fish Sauce

Sweet and sour fish sauce or nuoc cham.

This is the most common Vietnamese dipping sauce that pairs wonderfully with many different dishes such as summer rolls, salads, spring rolls, rice, and noodle salads. Feel free to adjust the seasonings up to your personal taste.

If you'd like to switch things up, subsitute fish sauce with soy sauce.

4 Tbsp fish sauce
4 Tbsp sugar
8 Tbsp hot water
1 Tbsp lime juice or white vinegar
1 Tbsp Northern Mountain Garlic, minced
½ Tbsp Heaven Facing Chili
