Chấm Chấm is a casual Vietnamese cooking workshop presented by Vân Vân and hosted at Gather! Join us to learn about an essential yet often overlooked aspect of Vietnamese food: dipping sauces. 

During the workshop, we will:

• Go over different types of dipping sauces found in Vietnamese food
• Delve into the ingredients and have a taste of our terroir-driven herbs & spices
• Sample a selection of dipping sauces and learn to make them from scratch 

Each attendee will leave with the sauces made during the workshop, Vân Vân's Northern Mountain Garlic and Heaven Facing Chili, and printed recipes + instructions. We will also have a light lunch after the workshop.
