How to cook with Vân Vân

  • Use in place of fresh ingredients. Sprinkle on your salads or soups.
  • Rehydrate for 1-2 minutes to wake up the flavors before start cooking.
  • Lightly toast the herbs then blend in a spice grinder to make your own seasonings.
