Trôi Trôi (means float) is a casual Vietnamese cooking workshop presented by Vân Vân and hosted at Lai Rai! Join us to learn more about chè, a popular Vietnamese dessert, specifically chè trôi nước (glutinous rice dumplings with mung beans filling). 

During the workshop, we will:

• Talk about chè, sugar, and flour!
• Go over the regional differences, and delve into the ingredients
• Learn how to make chè trôi nước (southern style) from scratch plus another variety of chè

Vân Vân is a brand specializing in Vietnamese herbs and spices, so all ingredients used during the event are our own.
