Our Bazan Pepper is a premium Vietnamese peppercorn grown on a small family farm in Lộc Ninh, Bình Phước. Situated in southeast Vietnam, Bình Phước is known for its mineral-rich volcanic soil and ideal pepper-growing climate. As Vietnam’s second-largest peppercorn-producing region, it is home to some of the most flavorful black peppers in the world.
This Vietnamese peppercorn is of the lesser-known Trung variety, an heirloom strain prized for its smaller berries with a bold heat, complex, and long-lingering flavor. Compared to the common Vĩnh Linh pepper, the Trung variety offers a deeper, richer taste that brings incredible flavors to any dish.
Hand-harvested and sun-dried to preserve its rich, fruity warmth, our Bazan Pepper is a versatile spice that shines in everything from soup stocks and marinades to pickles, sauces, and finishing touches.
